Does this sound like you?
Clean eating is hard in Indian homes for these four reasons.
This plan solves all four: a pantry audit, clean swaps for every meal, a 4 PM craving shield and scripts for when relatives offer sweets.
How it works
Three simple steps. That's it.
1
π―Pick your level
A 2-minute quiz picks 1,200, 1,500, 1,800 or 2,000 calories a day.
2
πClear the pantry and shop
Swap out hidden maida and sugar, then use the ready list: about βΉ950 a week for one person, βΉ3,200 for a family of four.
3
β Follow the daily menu
Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner with timings. Tick it off and move to the next day.
