Does this sound like you?
Most people give up on millets for these four reasons.
This plan solves all four: the hot-water roti method, simple soaking rules, a gentle week-by-week start, and family-favourite millet dishes.
How it works
Three simple steps. That's it.
1
π―Pick your level
A 2-minute quiz picks 1,200, 1,500, 1,800 or 2,000 calories a day.
2
πShop and soak once a week
About βΉ850 a week for one person, βΉ2,800 for a family of four. Then Sunday prep: soak, sprout and make batter.
3
β Follow the daily menu
Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner with timings, introducing one millet at a time.
